On April 28, 2000, EPA Region IV issued modifications to their general stormwater discharge permit for construction activities. These modifications will affect activities within the State of Florida, and within Indian Country Lands in Florida, Mississippi, and North Carolina. The general permit modification is effective on July 1, 2000. Deadlines for compliance with the modification conditions are included in the notice, which can be downloaded from RCP's website at
